With our new look website with updated features, we have a large number of new villas and apartments for rent in Mojacar, Bedar and Vera Playa. We have something for everyone. 2017 has been a fantastically successful year with amazing feedback from both property owners and rental clients alike. Having good communication with rental clients before they arrive makes such a difference. We contact them at least two weeks before they are due to arrive and introduce ourselves and provide directions from the airport. On the day of their arrival we meet clients at a convenient location and take them to the property. We Do Not just give the clients some directions and expect them to have to try and find the property and get the keys out of a key safe and let themselves in! Our personal service makes a great impression and takes the stress out of travelling. Upon arrival at the property we show them around and familiarise them with all the facilities. We are then available 24/7 throughout their stay in the unlikely event that they encounter any issues with their accommodation. At the conclusion of their stay we attend and see the guests out, recover the keys personally and check the property. Guests always comment on this service when providing feedback and say how much difference it makes to have names and faces they know and can contact if they have a problem.
